You control your own paid user count. When you archive seasonal staff after the season ends, you lower your user count and pay less from that date. Archived employees don't count toward your bill.
Standard exports are unlimited — the iCal calendar on every plan, and the schedule, attendance and payroll basis from the Complete plan up. A custom export is a one-off request you describe to the AI Assistant in plain language, for example hours worked by position over the last quarter, the kind of thing that would otherwise mean exporting to Excel and building pivot tables by hand.
Once you submit a video review and a text review, we permanently lower your price per user: from €2.35 to €1.92 on Basic, and from €3.20 to €2.80 on Complete. The discount applies for as long as you stay subscribed, not just once.
Yes, the two stack. The review discount applies first, and annual billing then takes another 20% off the discounted price — €1.54 per user per month on Basic. You can see the exact price for either option on the plan cards above by switching between monthly and annual billing. On annual billing we invoice once a year.
